Wear a Swedish jewelry tradition!
The flax flower, which is depicted on HälsingeSmycken, became Hälsingland's regional flower in 1909.
A few hundred years ago, flax cultivation was common on Hälsingland's farms. Flax helped to build the prosperity of Hälsingland's farmers in the 18th and 19th centuries, with stately wooden buildings and beautiful murals that in some places still exist today.
The flax plantations have long since disappeared from the landscape, but its beautiful flower is immortalized on our Hälsingland jewellery.
