Payment and prices

All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order is summed up in the checkout, including any fees for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.

We offer the following payment method:

Klarna Checkout
Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and safe for you to shop online. By answering a few questions you can easily identify yourself and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. One feature of Klarna Checkout is that we distinguish between purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase and then choose how you want to pay. Either with Klarna invoice or Klarna account - or by card or bank transfer. Everything is just as safe.
Conditions for payment are also stated in the checkout under each payment option.

Deliveries and returns

We offer the following delivery methods:

Delivery
SEK 0 (regardless of the volume or weight of the order) for deliveries within Sweden. Delivery within 3 days to the nearest delivery point.
SEK 195 for delivery within Europe.

Conditions for delivery are also stated in the checkout under each delivery method. If not stated, the 30-day delivery time applies. If an article has a different delivery time, it is stated in the respective article. If delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase at delivery delays. We will do everything we can to complete your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to complete the order, for example when our supplier or freight forwarder cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to dispense with all remuneration to customers regarding delivery delays.

Returns

Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed the wrong. Returns should be sent as letters or parcels, not against postal deposit. At the exchange, we will pay the new shipping from us to you.

14 day open purchase

We follow the distance contract law and thus you have the right to return the ordered goods without giving any reason. You regret your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or more of). The item should be returned well packaged, in good condition and in original box.

If you as a customer have handled the article to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the article being returned being less worthwhile, we have the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the article's value reduction on the amount to be refunded. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will pay back what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or no later than 30 days from the day we received the item. You will have to pay the return costs yourself when you return the item.
